Materials used: canvas surface, a hot glue device, molding paste, a togue depressor, acrylic paints, custom/modded Styrofoam shapes, feathers, wooden board, and found materials such as a children’s doll and a fake jewel.
Techniques Used and composition: Using a togue depressor, I spread the molding paste out onto the canvas to make the waves of water, then used different brush strokes and paints to create the different patterns of checkerboard water as the background, a girl in an awful situation and the flying sea monster ready to strike.
